2010宜蘭情人節活動今晚七點，在宜蘭縣冬山河親水公園盛大登場，16、17兩天上午八點，親水公園開放供民眾免費停車，活動除了不可錯過的星空銀河的鵲橋，還設計「愛之船」、「水上電影院」、「情歌演唱」、「街頭藝人」表演。特別的是，今年歡迎情侶或夫妻在活動前寄出「愛情限時批」或上網說出「真情告白」，縣府將透過水上大型布幕播放，傳達情意。

宜蘭縣政府逐年舉辦情人節活動，不但是戀人們的最愛，就連結婚多年的夫妻，也會帶著小孩共渡鵲橋，浪漫一下。今年「宜蘭情人節：鵲橋」長達兩百二十公尺、高十八公尺的銀河鵲橋，跨越冬山河面，引用童玩節超級High-Net的基礎架構，舖設浪漫燈光，讓情侶、夫妻或帶著小孩，攜手漫步於有如銀河般的浪漫空中鵲橋，回程可以選擇搭乘星光閃閃「愛之船」或漫步於利澤簡橋返回冬山河的對岸。
